While we are not an authorized dealer—due to the exclusive nature of the brands and models we offer—we take pride in sourcing only the most sought-after timepieces. Each piece is carefully selected from a trusted network of collectors, vendors, and industry professionals with direct connections to original manufacturers and boutiques.

Every watch undergoes a rigorous authentication process conducted by expert watchmakers to verify its originality, functionality, and that all components match the serial number on its official documentation.

For added peace of mind, we also offer a complimentary authentication service for watches purchased elsewhere. This service is available at any of our physical locations.

Warranty Coverage

All new and pre-owned watches purchased from Coolbrand come with either our 1-year complimentary warranty or the remaining manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Our warranty covers mechanical defects affecting the functionality of the watch.

However, it does not cover:

• Cosmetic wear
• Normal aging
• Loss, theft, or misuse
• Water damage
• Third-party modifications or servicing (which void the warranty)

Due to the nature of vintage watches and the limited availability of replacement parts, we are unable to provide warranty coverage for vintage models.
