•⁠ All Sales are Final: All sales conducted through Coolbrand are strictly final. Upon reserving an item, the client formally agrees to complete the full payment for the selected product.

Should the client choose to cancel the purchase for any reason, the initial deposit or reservation payment shall be non-refundable. Instead, the amount will be issued exclusively as store credit, which may only be applied toward the acquisition of another item of equal or greater value than the one originally reserved.

By submitting a reservation or any form of payment, the client acknowledges and consents to these terms in full.

Once the client is notified that store credit has been issued, they will have a maximum of 14 calendar days to select and confirm the replacement item. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the store credit, without any further claim or liability to Coolbrand.

By submitting a reservation or any form of payment, the client acknowledges and consents to these terms in full.

•⁠  Return Window: Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for store credit, provided you have the original receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

•⁠  Non-Refundable Items: All sales are final after 5 days of delivery. Custom-made and engraved items, as well as all handbag purchases, are non-refundable and considered final sale.

•⁠  International Orders: CoolBrand is not responsible for any delays, taxes, customs duties, or additional fees incurred on international shipments. Please note that customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for orders outside the U.S. and Canada.

•⁠  Condition of Merchandise: Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for return or exchange. The final decision regarding the condition of returned items rests solely with CoolBrand.
