01. AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
At CoolBrand, we guarantee that every piece we sell is 100% authentic. While we are not an authorized dealer — due to the exclusive nature of the brands and models we offer — we take pride in sourcing only the most sought-after timepieces. Each piece is carefully selected from a trusted network of collectors, vendors, and industry professionals with direct connections to original manufacturers and boutiques.
Every watch undergoes a rigorous authentication process conducted by expert watchmakers to verify its originality, functionality, and that all components match the serial number on its official documentation. For added peace of mind, we also offer a complimentary authentication service for watches purchased elsewhere, available at any of our physical locations.
02. WARRANTY COVERAGE
All new and pre-owned watches purchased from CoolBrand are covered under our limited warranty. New watches carry a six (6) month warranty and pre-owned watches carry a three (3) month warranty from the date of purchase, unless a longer period is indicated in writing at the time of sale.
Our warranty covers mechanical defects affecting the functionality of the internal movement under normal conditions of use. It does not cover:
- Cosmetic wear, surface marks, or polishing traces
- Normal aging or aesthetic deterioration
- Loss, theft, or misuse
- Water damage or humidity exposure
- Damage from impacts, falls, or accidents
- Third-party modifications, servicing, or diamond setting, which void the warranty
- Vintage models, due to the limited availability of original replacement parts
Water resistance is not guaranteed on pre-owned, modified, or diamond-set watches unless the piece is a factory-certified dive model.
