CoolBrand Shipping Policy  At CoolBrand, we ensure a secure and seamless delivery process for all our luxury timepieces and fine jewelry. Below, you will find detailed information regarding our shipping timelines and policies.

Availability & Delivery Times:

Miami Store: All pieces may take up to approximately one week to be available at our Miami location.

Costa Rica Store: Orders take 2 to 3 business weeks to arrive in Costa Rica.

For shipments to Costa Rica, a reservation payment ranging from 10% to 50% of the total price is required. The deposit amount will depend on the specific piece and the needs of our business.

International Shipments  CoolBrand proudly offers global shipping to over 60 countries worldwide. Customers are responsible for ensuring their purchase complies with local import regulations. Some materials, such as exotic leathers, may be restricted in certain regions.  

Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, and other associated fees are the customer’s responsibility, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery. Some countries may impose Collect on Delivery (COD) fees, which are collected by the carrier and are not charged by CoolBrand.  

In rare cases, customs authorities may delay or deny a package’s entry.
