2.1 All products are subject to availability. We do our best to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate, but we do not guarantee that they are error-free.
2.2 Prices are listed in U.S Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
2.3 Any applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3.2 We accept Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Crypto, Cash and much more. Payments must be made in full before shipping.
3.3 CoolBrand reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.
4.2 CoolBrand is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other external factors beyond our control.
4.3 Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 We accept returns under the return policy, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation.
5.2 Customized or special-order items are non-refundable.
5.3 All sales conducted through Coolbrand are strictly final. Upon reserving an item, the client formally agrees to complete the full payment for the selected product. Should the client choose to cancel the purchase for any reason, the initial deposit or reservation payment shall be non-refundable. Instead, the amount will be issued exclusively as store credit, which may only be applied toward the acquisition of another item of equal or greater value than the one originally reserved. By submitting a reservation or any form of payment, the client acknowledges and consents to these terms in full.

6. Warranty and Authenticity

6.1 All products sold by CoolBrand are 100% authentic.
6.2 We offer 1-year warranty on our watches and jewelry, under premises of our Warranty policy. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 CoolBrand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
7.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2 We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent.
