Welcome to CoolBrand! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our luxury watches, jewelry, and accessories. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
01. GENERAL
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through CoolBrand's website.
1.2 All items sold by CoolBrand may include new or pre-owned pieces. Pre-owned items may present normal signs of wear consistent with their age and nature, including cosmetic marks, polishing traces, or surface wear. These characteristics are considered normal and do not constitute defects.
1.3 We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically
02. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
2.1 All products are subject to availability. We do our best to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate, but we do not guarantee that they are error-free.
2.2 Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice until the transaction has been formally confirmed in writing.
2.3 Any applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
03. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
3.1 By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3.2 We accept Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Crypto, Cash, and more. Payments must be made in full before shipping.
3.3 CoolBrand reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
3.4 Prior to delivery, all pieces undergo a visual and functional inspection by CoolBrand to confirm their general operative condition. The transaction is considered finalized once the client has had the opportunity to review the piece and confirm satisfaction with its condition and delivery.
04. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
4.1 We offer CONUS and Costa Rica shipping. Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.
4.2 For items sourced from international locations, the client will be notified of dispatch and provided with tracking information through their preferred communication channel.
4.3 For high-value shipments, a signature upon delivery is required. 4.4 CoolBrand is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or force majeure events beyond our control.
4.5 Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier.
4.6 International shipping fees, import duties, and applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to dispatch.
05. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
5.1 All sales at CoolBrand are strictly final. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances, except where expressly required by the consumer protection laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.
5.2 All deposits are non-refundable in cash. If an order has not yet been consolidated — meaning the item has not been dispatched, confirmed with the supplier, or physically reserved — the deposit may be converted into store credit with a validity of six (6) months from the date of issuance, applicable toward any item of equal or greater value. Extensions may be granted at the sole discretion of CoolBrand.
5.3 Once an order has been consolidated, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be converted into store credit under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
5.4 Store credit may be applied toward relojes, bolsos, or joyería, subject to the category restrictions outlined in our Deposit Policy. CoolBrand reserves the right to evaluate each case individually and confirm the application of store credit in writing.
5.5 For imported pieces, once dispatched toward the agreed destination (San José or Miami), the client has a maximum of ten (10) business days to complete the remaining balance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the transaction and forfeiture of the deposit at CoolBrand's discretion.
5.6 Customized or special-order items are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for store credit conversion under any circumstances.
06. WARRANTY AND AUTHENTICITY
6.1 All products sold by CoolBrand are 100% authentic and undergo a rigorous authentication process prior to sale, including verification of movement, case, dial, and serial references where applicable.
6.2 CoolBrand provides a limited warranty covering mechanical failures of the internal movement under normal conditions of use. The warranty period is six (6) months for new watches and three (3) months for pre-owned watches, from the date of purchase, unless a longer period is indicated in writing at the time of sale.
6.3 The warranty applies exclusively to the internal movement and does not cover external components including case, bracelet, crystal, bezel, dial, hands, crown, pushers, or any cosmetic condition of the piece.
6.4 The warranty does not apply in cases of damage from impacts, falls, accidents, normal wear, unauthorized repairs, misuse, water exposure, or post-sale modifications including diamond setting or polishing.
6.5 Water resistance is not guaranteed on pre-owned, modified, or diamond-set watches unless the piece is a factory-certified dive model.
08. PRIVACY POLICY
8.1 Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2 We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent.
