01. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales completed at COOLBRAND are considered final upon client acceptance of the item. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances, except where expressly required by the consumer protection laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Every piece is thoroughly inspected and presented to the client prior to delivery to ensure full transparency regarding its condition.
02. DEPOSITS & STORE CREDIT
Deposits made toward any transaction are strictly non-refundable in cash. In cases where an order has not yet been consolidated — meaning the item has not been dispatched, confirmed with the supplier, or physically reserved — the deposit may be converted into store credit with a validity of six (6) months from the date of issuance, applicable toward any item of equal or greater value. Extensions may be granted at the sole discretion of COOLBRAND.
03. CLIENT ACCEPTANCE & CONDITION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Upon delivery, the client is given the opportunity to inspect the piece in the presence of a COOLBRAND representative, or within 24 hours in the case of remote deliveries. Acceptance of the item — whether by signature, written confirmation, or any other verifiable means — constitutes full acknowledgment of its condition at the time of sale and agreement with the terms herein. Any concerns regarding the condition of the item must be raised within this window.
