COOLBRAND SNEAKERS – Terms, Warranty & Post-Sale Policies

All items sold by COOLBRAND Sneakers are classified as DS (Deadstock) or NDS (Near Deadstock). DS pairs correspond to brand new, unworn items in their original box. NDS pairs correspond to items with minimal use or in near-new condition. In both cases, the client acknowledges and accepts that items may present characteristics inherent to their classification, including in the case of NDS pairs light signs of wear, superficial sole wear, yellowing, or other aesthetic conditions inherent to their condition. These characteristics do not constitute defects or grounds for a claim. Prior to delivery, all items go through a two-stage inspection process: first in Miami and subsequently in Costa Rica, ensuring that each piece meets COOLBRAND Sneakers' standards before reaching the client.

Due to the nature of clothing, footwear, and fashion accessories as products subject to constant use and inherent wear, COOLBRAND Sneakers does not offer a warranty on its products. All items are sold in the condition described at the time of sale, and the client accepts said condition upon confirming the transaction. COOLBRAND Sneakers is not responsible for manufacturing defects, material failures, wear, discoloration, structural deterioration, or any other condition that may manifest after delivery.

Regarding sizing, the COOLBRAND Sneakers team may guide and advise the client during the selection process; however, the final sizing decision is the exclusive responsibility of the client. COOLBRAND Sneakers does not accept exchanges, returns, or claims for incorrect sizing once delivery of the item has been confirmed.

Prior to each delivery, COOLBRAND Sneakers performs a visual inspection of the item for the purpose of documenting its condition. Acceptance of the item shall be considered effective and irrevocable at the moment the client confirms receipt, whether by signature, written message, or any other verifiable means. From that confirmation, it is understood that the item was received in the condition described at the time of sale, and any subsequent claim regarding condition, hidden defects, or authenticity shall be void.

All deposits made in connection with any transaction are strictly non-refundable, except in cases expressly established by applicable Costa Rican law. In the case of imported items or items sourced from external locations, once the item has been dispatched to the agreed destination, the client will have a maximum period of ten (10) business days to complete the remaining balance if the item has not been paid in full. Failure to comply within this period may result in the cancellation of the transaction and forfeiture of the deposit at COOLBRAND Sneakers' discretion.

Deposits made to COOLBRAND Sneakers may be applied only toward the acquisition of items of equal or greater value within the available inventory. Generated credit will be valid for three (3) months from the date of issuance, with the possibility of extension at COOLBRAND Sneakers' discretion, which reserves the right to confirm in writing the application of the deposit toward the newly selected item.

COOLBRAND Sneakers shall not be responsible for damage, loss, or deterioration of the product resulting from misuse, accidents, natural wear, improper storage, environmental exposure, or third-party intervention after delivery. The client assumes full responsibility for the care, handling, and maintenance of the product once received.

By completing payment for any product sold by COOLBRAND Sneakers, the client confirms having read, understood, and accepted the terms, conditions, and policies set forth herein, with said payment constituting full acceptance of the same as part of the contractual agreement between the client and COOLBRAND Sneakers.
