All watches sold by CoolBrand are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We are NOT an authorized retailer due to the highly limited nature of the timepieces and brands we carry. However, we meticulously source only the most sought-after models from a trusted network of vendors and collectors who acquire them directly from original manufacturers and official boutiques.

Every watch we offer undergoes a rigorous authentication process conducted by expert watchmakers, ensuring that it is in perfect working condition and features only original parts that match the serial number on its official documentation. At CoolBrand, authenticity and quality are our top priorities.

In the interest of ensuring the trust and safety of our clients, we will gladly authenticate any pieces you have purchased from other retailers as well. This complimentary evaluation is available at any one of our three physical boutiques — Miami, and San José.

New and pre-owned watches purchased from CoolBrand are covered by either our complimentary 1-year warranty or the remainder of the original manufacturer’s warranty. Our warranty applies to manufacturing defects that affect the mechanical function of the watch.

Please note that our warranty does NOT cover cosmetic imperfections, normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications. Any third-party service or alterations performed after purchase will immediately void the warranty.

Additionally, due to the unique nature of vintage watches and the limited availability of parts, we are unable to extend our warranty to vintage timepieces. Warranty claims are evaluated at our sole discretion.
